Step 1
Open Outlook 2016. The icon looks like this:

If you see a welcome screen, select Next > Yes, then skip to step 3. Otherwise, continue to step 2.

Step 2
Select File > Add Account.

Select Advanced Setup > Manual setup or additional server types.

Step 4
Enter the users name as it will be displayed, Enter the users email address such as user@reliablemgt.com Next select POP3 then. enter the incoming mail server: POP.RELIABLEMGT.COM Next enter the outgoing mail server: SMTP.RELIABLEMGT.COM. You will then be required to enter the username and password provided in the ticket response, or if the user has used webmail they may have changed their password and will need to enter it. Username is always the email address, once you have complete the form with the information, select More Settings.

Step 5
On the Outgoing Server tab, select the box for My outgoing server requires authentication. Select OK > Next.

That's it. Select Finish to start using Outlook.
